Sameer Kishore received his PhD at the EventLab, University of Barcelona. His research is focused on concepts of embodiment and body ownership with humanoid robots, and human-robot interaction. Prior to joining Virtual Bodyworks as a VR developer, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the EventLab in a project related to studying changes in higher-level cognitive and implicit behaviour in immersive virtual reality. He graduated from BITS-Pilani, Dubai with a B.E. (Honors) in Computer Science, and received his MSc. (Honors) degree in Computer Graphics, Vision and Imaging from University College London, UK.
